UPDATE! New team modes, replays, balances & more!
It’s time for another Rumble Club update! Our focus this release is to bring you more ways to play with your friends, more control to gameplay with new functionality, and a new feature that will allow you to share epic moments and improve your gameplay.
NEW TEAM OPTIONS - SUGAR RUSH & KING OF THE HILL
Duos, Trios, and Squads have come to Sugar Rush and King of the Hill game modes. Scarf cupcakes and dominate the score zones with your friends or with other players!
REPLAYS
Wanting to see what went wrong in your last match, or maybe re-live a great play or hilarious moment? Visit your profile to check out Replays of recent matches. You can watch them from your perspective by default, or jump around and check out other players.
DROP ITEMS
Pick up the wrong item? Need to make a quick escape? Want to let your fists do the talking instead? Now, a new button appears when you're holding a gadget or item to let you drop it instantly.
LIGHTFOXID
All of your epic moments, progress, and Punchie plays are safe with us! You can now create and log into a LightfoxID account which keeps your account safe in case your game is deleted or phone is updated. It also allows players to play the same account across multiple devices and gaming platforms. Go into Settings to get set up!
BALANCE CHANGES
The Hover Car was proving to be too deadly of a gadget, both for its drivers and victims.
The Boost speed of the car has been reduced to prevent players from driving off the edge so frequently.
The power of its knockback has also been reduced so that players struck by the hover car have a bit more chance to react.
The steering and acceleration has also been adjusted to help both drivers keep on course and help other punchies be able to juke to avoid getting run over.
We made changes to give players a bit more agency when they are fighting their way back in a goop cube.
Goop Cube Air control increased.
Goop Cube Air speed tripled.
Goop cube jump height doubled.
Other general balance changes:
Boombox now applies a speed buff to allies instead of slowing them.
Moon Boots air speed increased by 15%.
Umbrella air speed increased by 30%.
